The Jewish Genealogical Society of Oregon (JGSO) invites you, your
family, and friends to the start of our new JGSO Program Year:

Exciting Developments from the IAJGS Conference in Salt Lake City
Joe Mayer, Barbara Hershey and Ron Doctor
will share their experiences and discoveries, **and *
* Sandra Shapiro will discuss her favorite library resources

**New developments in Jewish Genealogy, new databases, new people.
kibitzing, use of library, mutual assistance for research issues and
more ... The program starts at 7:30 pm, but come at 7:00 and let us help
you learn how to use the wonderful resources we've accumulated in the
library. The Neveh Shalom library's computers will be available for your
use from 7:00 to 7:30.

This is the first of several very special program meetings scheduled for
this year. Come to the meeting and hear about the great our-of-town
speakers we have scheduled to the 2007-2008 season.

This event is FREE to JGSO members. Contributions at the door of $2 door
are requested from non-members to help us defray the meeting cost.
Contribution can be deducted from new membership if you join that evening.
