We are announcing the 75th Annual McCONNELL-JEFFRIES*
Reunion to be held Saturday, August 15, 1998, at our favorite
rustic Estacada picnic spot.

The Picnic lasts all day with the Potluck dinner starting at 1:00 pm.
The business meeting and family pictures will follow.

1) With your appetite, bring: your family, Potluck dishes: a main
dish and a salad or dessert, folding chairs and table service for your
family.
2) For our family records, bring: news of your branch of the family,
copies (if possible) of new and old family pictures and genealogy info
(names, dates, places, and, if possible, photo copies of anything and
everything to share, such as birth certificates, marriage licenses,
wedding announcements, baptismal records, newspaper clippings,
etc.).

This line of has been traced back to John McCONNELL and
Sarah JEFFRIES McCONNELL who married in 1836 in Indiana.
They later moved their family to Iowa. Sarah and her family
moved to Nebraska after the death of her husband, John. After Sarah's
death, William, Allen, John and their families moved on to Oregon.
