I have relatives who were in Gilliam Co. in the 1890's. Albert Grier PHILLIPS and Pearl Elvira (GOW) PHILLIPS. They had 5 sons: Frank, Robert, Owen, Donald (my father)and Glen.
I have been unable to get information on this family except a marriage bann for Albert and Pearl. In adulthood, I know that Robert lived in the John Day Oregon area and my Father, Donald lived in Jackson County.
Because of your name, I am wondering if you might know or even be part of this PHILLIPS' family.
I know you were asking about another family but I had to take a chance. Thanks and hope we might be related.
