FYI: Ben F. Phillips was census enumerator in Gilliam County, OR in year
1930. Believe he lived in Arlington at that time.
Fred Weatherford Phillips born Nov.7, 1920 lived in Gilliam county "in
early youth" according to book entitled,The History of Gilliam County
Oregon --- states he was grandson of a pioneer Weatherford family of Gilliam
county.
