Hi Group,
I was intrigued to see the "interesting blurb" Vince posted (attached
below). Our family tradition says that we have Lenape blood but I have
never been able to track it down. Although my known connection to this
group is through my father's mother's BLAKER ancestry, the Lenape blood is
supposed to be somewhere in my mother's ancestors. So far, I have had no
luck discovering it.....
Karin Leigh (Rose) Jones, researching the following surnames:
JONES Ancestors: Clifton, Jones, Merriman, Newnam, Willard, Yarnell.
ROSE Ancestors: Allison, Bennett, Bickley, Blaker, Broadbent, Croley,
Crumley, Foster, Graham, Hoar/Hoare, Hoxworth, Kulp, Kyle, Linville,
Livingston, Miller, Powers, Reed, Rickett, Roberts, Rose, Showalter,
Williams.
