This was just too odd, so I thought I'd share it.
I just started to look into the area of Germany that my Samanns family is from in
1892-Viersen.
After looking on the map I just relized that Viersen is the town next to Krefeld.
John Samanns married married Margaret VanFossen (mother was Annie Streeper) in
1918.
What are the odds that both families were from the same area of Germany?
