Dear Diane,
I have no idea of who Florence Bowdoin was but Willard Bowdoin is still
living and his father did have a newspaper at linkville in the early part of
the century. Uncle Willard is about 85 now but was still quite lucid when
we talked on the phone late in 1997. He is at 2660 Hartley Lane, Grants
Pass, Oregon 97527-9194.
I know that he has a phone but I have misplaced the number. Try
541-479-9334, I am sure that if Florence was/is his sister that he will be
more than happy to share his memories.
