Susie Teham Chocktoot, a resident of Beatty, Ore., passed away in that
city Monday evening, June 6, at 8 o'clock. The deceased was a native of the
Klamath Reservation and was aged 65 years when called.
She is survived by one brother, Davie Chocktoot; two nephews, Jerry and
Royed Chocktoot; one niece,
Edna Florence Thompson, all of Beatty, and one sister, Sallie Quiver of
Burns, Ore. The remains rest in
Ward's Klamath Funeral Home where friends my call.

The funeral service for the late Susie Teham Chocktoot who passed away in
Beatty, Ore., on Mon. June 6, will take place from the Methodist Church at
Beatty on Thurs., June 9 at 2 p.m., the Rev. B.V.
Bradshaw officiating. The remains will rest in state in the church Thursday
morning. There will be a morning service commencing at 10 a'clock. The
commitment service and interment will be in the Piute Cemetery.
