my gosh, I've never heard of that book, but I would love to see a copy.
I just checked abebooks.com and I couldn't find one for sale. I intend
to request a new grant of arms with the Canadian Heraldic Authority and
hoped to find an amigerous ancestor to base part of the design.

Incidently any websites which show arms of Orkney families or heraldry
in use within Orkney would be of great interest to me.
