Thanks for the info, Susan. Our Joseph S. Danforth died in Lane Co.

Do you mean that the records are in the Archives even though the record
is not in their search engine on the web? The Archives search engine
shows an estate for Joseph S. Danforth in Lane Co in 1863, but nothing
about a probate in Marion Co in 1860.
