Ramsden didn't start up on its own until 1842, so it's no use looking
there for 1814-ish baptisms. However, there do seem to have been several
families of SOUCH living there.

Shipton has quite a lot of SOUCH records, nearly all of them being "of
Ramsden". Here's your marriage (at Shipton):
22Nov1813 Stephen SOUCH ba & Ann PANTIN sp both age 21, both Ramsden.
wits: Saml COOK, John CROSS (the clerk)
I suspect that in this case "age 21" means "over 21".

There's only one definite baptism (still in Shipton):
20Oct1817 Isaac SOUCH s Stephen & Anne shoemaker Ramsden

There are possible burials, but they don't give parents' names, so may or
may not be the same family. But it looks as though your Mary-Ann died:
14Mar1815 Mary Ann SOUCH age 16 wks Ramsden.

Later there are what may well be your burials:
03Mar1841 Anne SOUCH age 60 Ramsden (at Shipton)
25Mar1846 Stephen SOUCH age 62 Ramsden (at Ramsden)
