Possible an answer to questions asked in;
[PA-CEM] Mt Vernon Cemetery Philadelphia PA

You may find cemetery information through a local Historical Museum. Here in Texas, Brazoria county (other counties also) we have a group who volunteer to work with the Museum to locate all the cemeteries in the county, inventory each, in some cases to photograph the markers and then record the names, cemetery locations etc on the internet at http://www.texasgen.org/
We now are in the process of cleaning and repairing old cemeteries.
