Ron,
Sometimes the spellings are incorrect on the census. I found this entry in
the 1930 census for Myrtle "Miller", age 15 in Philadelphia and am including
the census info in the off chance it is the right one. She is listed with
the family of Harry C. Miller, living in the home of a Morris Goldberg, who
is head of household and Myrtle's uncle.

Family lives at 3150 Haverford Ave, Philadelphia. It appears Harry Miller
is not the children's father (unless he adopted them) since the census lists
the father of the Miller children as born in Russia.
Hope this helps
