Hello Jennifer,

Many THANKS to you for finding the year of emigration (1864) of my
grandfather, Christopher Cloherty from Ireland. You mentioned that you could
also
locate information from the 1880 and 1910 census for Christopher CLOHERTY and
his
family. That would really be great.

Would you please locate any information on a John CLOHERTY and his wife
Margaret (Mullany/Mulanny) Cloherty both of whom were born in Ireland. I do
not
know their ages. A daughter, Mary, was born July 1881 and they were living
in
Chester, Delaware County, PA They had another daughter, Helen, born Jan.
1883
while living in Chester.

I feel that Christopher and John may possibly be brothers or are at least
related as both were living in Chester at the same time and the name
CLOHERTY is
rare.

I certainly appreciate you and others who take time to search information for
people looking for their ancestors. Much appreciated by

Marguerite in the Glen
