Subject: Ancestry's numbering of 1930 census

Has anyone else had a problem finding a census record using the information
that Ancestry uses for numbering the films.

Ancestry gave me Film # 2140, p. 190, Sheet 13B, ED 516, Ward 46, Block 304,
as the place where my ancestor is located on their film.

Film #2140, p. 190, sheet 13 B, did not have my ancestor listed on that page.
It was not even the correct street. Also on p. 190, Sheet 13B, it was
listed as Block 154, ED 51-506, Sheet 16 B.

Does anyone have an answer to this problem?
