DOB: abt 1880 in Austria?
DOD: Apr 17, 1923 - Forestville, Cass Twp, Schuylkill Co.
burial: Apr 19, 1923 at St Nicholas Catholic Cemetery, Lewellyn.
Faded copy of Death Certificate has place of death at city of
Forestville, Cass Twp, Schuylkill Co. & name as Mike Hutchko [info
provided for Death Cert was his daughter-in-law, Mary (Hnath) Hutsko].
Undertaker was [looks like] Hasswell or something close to that.
