There are no wills on the CD of PA wills, Cumberland Co 1750-1825,that
contain the name Dietz or Dolby or Siverling. The following are the only
ones I could find with your surnames.

Pennsylvania Wills, 1682-1834 Cumberland Co
REIFSNYDER, ABRAHAM, Westpennsborough. September 1, 1823. November 19,
1823. Wife Catherine.
My children, names not given.
Exs.: Wife Catherine and son in law Jacob Plank.
Wit.: Jo. Haverly (Eberly), David Bear. I. 331.

Chester co
Pennsylvania Wills, 1682-1834
