Also, there is a notation in the "Early Church Records of Chester Co." from
the
UWCHLAN MM; 10th of 4th mo, 1800 - DOROTHY DAVISON to Chester
Monthly Meeting. WILLIAM DAVIS to Chester Monthly Meeting.
Maybe it's possible for this to be a relative farther on up the line a few
years.
There were no other such spellings in that book.
Also in the "Early Lutheran Baptisms & Marriages in SouthEastern Pa." book,
there are 5 listing for DAVIES.....BENJAMIN; ELS; MARGARETHA; OWEN
& THOMAS. also 1 DAVIS listed - EDWARD.
