Velma, I found a Frederick ENGLE born abt 1699 to Paul and Mary ENGLE baptized at Christ Church, Phila. This was in John T Humphrey's 'Philadelphia County Births 1644-1765'. pub 1994.

Paul and Mary also had children: Benjamin born abt. 1693, Mary baptized 5/22/1711; Sarah born abt 1703. All baptisms were at Christ Church in Phila.

Hope these help. I could not find any PENNELL in my Phila Co. book for that period.

Diana in AL swearching for SAVAGE, MORGAN, and DUGAN in pre-1800 Phila. Co. and SAVAGE, MARCH, LANDIS, JONES, DUGAN in Chester Coin 1800's.
