Vol 2 of Carol Bryants books of Chester cnty, PA land records has one
mention of Springett PENN:
"Upon application made by James Logan, agt of sd William PENN, the father,
& Springett PENN, Esq, the eldest son & to the first William PENN to make
good the title of the land (part of the Penn Manor) did by deed dtd 23 & 24
Jun 1736 confirmed to John EVANS the sd tract. ... "
John, Letitia, Richard, Thomas and William receive multiple mentions in
this book (Letitia only 2).
Carol Bryant's 1673-1710 volume of New Castle cnty, DE land records
mentions Letitia PENN as the "only" dtr of William PENN:
17 Aug 1702 Deed: "Whereas the Honorable William PENN, Esq, Governor in
this province to same belonging by a grant or patent under his hand dtd 23
Oct 1701 for the considerations mentioned granted to his only daughter,
Letitia PENN, a tract of land called Manor of Staining, situated on the
south side of Brandywine Creek by Burroughs Run containing 15,500 acres. ... "
