The only mention of the name Pullen, any spelling, in Futhey and Cope, is a
ffrancis Pulin, on the tax assessment list of 1715, Concord Twp. None
appear in the early court records of Chester, pre 1710, or in the 1765
Chester Archives.
In CONCORD TWP: THE COLONIAL LEGACY, ffrancis Pullin's name (this time
with 2 lls) appears as the owner of property, bought 1-26-1715 (with the
following notation CCHS.D:G364), which is where, I assume, the record of
this deed is located.....the CCHS being, of course the Chester County
HIstorical Soc) ffrancis bought the property from Moses Key (who bought it
5-23-1702) and ffrancis sold it to John Farmer 54-25-1720 (this record is
CCHS.D;G364)
