I've just been surfing on ebay and came across this.....sounds pretty
wonderful, and should be especially interesting to any of you who are Penn
ancestors!

"This large, clean 1804 deed was for land in Tredyffrin Township, Chester
County, Pa.. By it, John and Richard Penn (the grandsons of William Penn)
sold the land to farmers ("yeomen") John and David Maxwell. As noted, this
deed is large and remarkably clean and displayable, and there are only a few
small areas of discoloration (and that not highly discolored); these are
shown in the photos."
