Capt. Alexander Parks' Co." To brother Thomas McCann all real and
personal estate, also executor.
Wit: James Starrett, Mark McCann [McCunn], Francis Ruth.

HAWLEY, BENJAMIN. East Bradford.
November 6, 1807. January 5, 1816.
To sons Caleb, Joseph, and Robert $400 each.
Provides for wife Mary. To son Benjamin the plantation whereon I now
live, cont. about 90 acres, paying $198 to 6 daus. viz: Rachel McCan,
Hannah Hawley, Susanna Davis, Tamar Hicklin, Rebecca Hawley & Dinah
Hicklin; also to said daus. rem. 2/3 of personal estate.
To dau. Mary Ingram the house & lot where she lives, during life, and
afterward to her children; also an equal share with other daus. of
personal estate. Executors: Sons Joseph and Benjamin Hawley.
Wits: Simon Meredith, Joel Meredith, Hugh Meredith.
