you wanted and asked for!
Here is a bit on the Lutheran Churches of the Vincent area;
Zion Lutheran is in Pikeland, but the lin of the property joins the Vincent
line...the church was finished in 1774, and the church was incororated in
1789 under the name of "the German Lutheran congregation worshiping at the
church called Zion, in Pikeland Township". There was also ST. Matthew's,
located in Vincent tpw.
Does an Evangelical Lutheran Church differ from something called just a
Lutheran Church? I'm woefullyb ignornant on these things.
