While we are on the subject of Hinshaw's Encyclopedia of Quaker Records,
does anyone know if an errata sheet exists for this book?

I found one case where he listed the mother's name in lieu of the
daughter's, thereby contradicting something he listed in 2 other places.
If I found an error, then other must have also.
