Joseph LARKIN. 05 Jan 1821 - 15 Jul 1830
I, Joseph Larkin of the township of Bethel, county of Delaware, state of
Pennsylvania, give to my dear and beloved wife £200 to be paid to her in
manner as will be more named hereafter in one year after my decease and I
give to my dear wife the further sum of £37 which is to be paid to her
yearly and every year during her natural life or widowhood and I further
leave her the full privilege etc. I leave her two of my best feather beds
and furniture for the same and the desk buro and small dinner table tea
table and all the tee furniture and I further leave her sufficient fire cut
and halled to the door.
I give to my son John Larkin his bond Principal and interest besides what I
have given him hear to fore. I give and devise to my son Joseph Larkin one
of my brick houses in the town of New Castle on Delaware and state of
Delaware adjoining late the house of Samuel Shaw called number one to him
his airs or assigns and one-half of the other house adjoining to the above
called number two to him his airs and assines besides what I have given him
here to fore.
I give and devise to my son Nathan Larkin the plantasion I now live on. To
him his airs and assines subjack to the payment of the sum of £200 good and
lawfull mony to his mother as above mentioned in year after my decease and
the further sum of £37 yearly and every year during her natural life of
widowhood and subjack to the further privelege given hir menthen above. If
my personal estate not suffiant to pay my just debts my son Nathan is to
pay them out of what I give him.
I give and devise to my son Salkeld Larkin the other half of my brick house
in the town of New Castle, state of Delaware adjoiner to the one I have
Salkeld number 3 to his airs aassines etc.

To my six grandchildren, children of my daughter Sarah Eyre, namely Joseph,
William, Nathan, Luis, Elizabeth Ann and Ann Eyre the two obligations that
I have against Robert Eyre one £105 the other £50 with all the interest
thereon.

Residue to my two sons Nathan and Salkeld.
Three sons John, Nathan and Salkeld Executors.
