Baptist Church, 1697-1699: which usually met at Powell's house at Upper
Providence, Chester County, and was dissolved and subsequently formed the
Brandywine Baptist Church of Delaware County, 1715-1848"? How is that for a
title. I abstracted this brief easy to read film for Chalfants and since
Ruth Frame was originally Ruth Chalfant, I noticed that there were many
Frame references.

crack and see if any can help. Ruth Ann Frame (1818-1900) was married to
Elisha Phipps Newlin, son of James and Sarah Phipps Newlin, of Fallowfield.
The lived on Doe Run, and moved (for some unknown reason) to Belmont County,
Ohio, ca 1856.....they last appear on the Chester Co Census for 1850----and
Elisha was dead by 1860. The Newlins are well documented, by me any lots of
others, but I know absolutely NOTHING about Ruth Ann FRAMEs parents....HELP!
