I was looking up a name in the CD of PA wills and came upon the following....what a tribute to a loving wife!
MOORE, WILLIAM, ESQ. Moore Hall.

May 24, 1783. June 30, 1783.Leaves all estate to wife Williamina, her heirs and assigns forever. "And I do most earnestly recommend unto my dear and very dutiful children, a continuance of their regard for their worthy mother. She deserves it their Hands as she does my utmost attention towards her she having ever since we came together in 1722 fulfilled her marriage vow to me in every respect whatever, never failing in her endeavours to comfort me in my days of affliction and distress or absent from me in sickness or adversity, never frighted by the rude rables or dismayed by the insolent threats of the ruling powers. Happy woman. Pattern to her sex and worthy the relationship she bears to the right Honourable and Noble family from whence she sprung."Executrix: Wife Williamina.Wit: Benjamin Longstreth, Thomas Jacobs, Nathan Pawling.
