I doubt, too, that he disembarked from the ship in Chester Co.- I wouldn't
take an oath on it, but don't believe Chester was this sort of 'port' in the
1880s....so, if it says that he arrived in Chester, I wouldn't think that
1882 was necessarily the date he arrived in this country, but the date he
arrived in Chester Co......it depends on how it's worded.
