This Will of another REES seems to indicate that that they are Quaker.
"Wills of Chester County, Pa. 1778 - 1800" Jacob Martin...............
** REES, ISAAC. W. Whiteland
3-28-1785 Nov. 5, 1787.
Directs body to be buried at Friends burial ground at Radnor by wife's. To
daughter Mary Lewis all household goods. Remainder to be devided amoung
my 6 surviving children, Thomas, John, Isaac, David, Hannah and Mary, the
3 children of my son Philip, deceased, and the 3 children of son Daniel,
deceased, in equal 1/8 shares.
*Executors: Son-in-law Samuel Lweis, Jonathan Roberts of U.Merion.
Letters to Lewis, the other being absent.
Wit: Daniel Thomson, William Thompson, Jesse Jones.***
