1687.... "Richard Few appearing, was ordered to bring an account to the next Orphans' Court, held the 3rd day in the first week of the 1st Mo next, of the estate usage and employment of his granddaughter, Susannah Few."
*here's an update on Richard and granddaughter Susanna, found in Early Court Records of Chester Co;
....on the 9th day 10mo, 1701;
The orphan court has called Isaac FEW and he appeared and acknowledged that there is 60 £ of the estate of Susanna FEW his niece, daughter of his brother Richard Few deceased in his hands and do hereby recognize himself and his heirs in the penalty of
120 £ to pay or cause to be paid to the said Susana FEW the above said 60 £ at the time of her marriage or at the age of 19 years at which time she is free from her guardianship."
So, there was still a question of Susanna's estate from her father..... the debt to her passed along to her Uncle Isaac and his heirs (I wonder if grandfather Richard was also dead by this time, and that's why the debt passed to his son, Susanna's uncle)....she married in 1704, so hopefully she got her inheritance.
