Subject: English Miller's in Chester County

Hi,
I live in the UK, and have so far have been successful in british family
origins, but desperately need advice for ancestors who emmigrated to the USA.
My Great grandfather WILLIAM HENRY MILLER moved to Chester County,
Pennysylvania sometime in the 1920s, with his wife SARAH MATHILDA and children. I have
them on a 1930 census for White st, Delaware County, and it says that Chester
is an incorporated county, can anyone explain what this means? Is White st
in Delaware or Chester County?
Also, Sarah Mathilda and children did not settle in the USA and returned to
England around 1932. WILLIAM HENRY MILLER stayed in the USA, where he died
in a road accident. How do I go about finding a death certificate online for
WILLIAM, or searching newspaper archives?
Any advice would be greatly apprecieted,
Best wishes for the new year,
Kathryn Miller
