hello listers...I am searching for parents of my GreatGrandFather, Rees H.
Brower, born 8 October 1839, Chester Co, PA.
Can anyone advise me where/who to contact to obtain a Birth Certificate. I
have his Death Certificate, he passed away in Williamsport, 24 August 1912.
However, on that instrument, his parents name is 'unknown' ...which is
strange, since a daughter furnished the pertinent information...place of
birth was Chester Co., PA.
I have been through Census & Census Indexes and cannot put anything
together from them. I had put this work on the back burner for some time
and moved on until recently. I will appreciate any information which might
lead me to obtaining a copy of his birth record and/or his parents names.
