Apparently there is a Keeley family in Chester
http://www.pa-roots.com/chester/biographies/kelsey.htm but, I can't tell
if there is a relation to Sebastian or not. It descends from an original
Keeley emigrant, from Germany, who first settled in what is now Montgomery
Co, and then moved to Chester. Futhey and Cope don't include the name of
the original emigrant, but his son Conrad, who married Margaret
Laugbaugh.....unfortunately they don't give dates for these folks, either.
The grandson of the orig. em., son of Conrad, was Daniel, born in 1824.
Futhey and Cope have several Keeleys in the index, and all seem to be of
this line, but there is no mention of a Sebastian...nothing for the surnames
KUHLE and KENLER, either. The above Keeleys were from Lionsville, Vincent
and Phoenixville. (F&C also mention that there were 'patriots' in the
family, who served in the Am. Rev. War, so that might be something to
explore)
There was a John Keeley in the East Vincent German Reformed Church, ca
1840.
