I'm wondering how to go about looking for information on my
3xgreatgrandfather, Huling (or Hewlings) Harry WISHAM.
In all three items he's listed as living in Philadelphia, PA.

1880 PA Census: Brakeman on RR [Harry Wishon]
1894 PA Birth Registry (of 1 of his children): Engineer [Huling Wisham]
1899 PA Return of Death: Conductor [Huling Wisham]
