I am looking for info on how to obtain a deed in Westmoreland Co. I've
written to the Deed office, but
they cannot do a search since I don't have an exact date.

My problem is that my dad's grandfather, Thomas Watson,
was first given the property in Larimer. We believe
it was given to him by a Creighton. The property has been
passed down through the family and now my dad and his sister
now own the property, but we want to know the exact area.
My dad's brother paid the taxes on it, but he passed away
a number of years ago.

Any suggestions?
