I'm looking for information on a Davis Sober who was a private in the 6th PA Heavy Artillery/212th PA in the civil war and died in Washington, DC on Oct 4, 1864. His wife was Elizabeth was a resident of Westmoreland Co, with her postal address at Leechburgh, Armstrong Co., Pa. in 1866. The couple had four children by the names of Harvey, Newton, John and Annetta. David is shown to be buried in Alexandria National Cemetery, Va. by all the records, but he is not in there (my feet and eyes can attest to that). Would you have any family history that would help me locate his final resting place?
