Trinity Lutheran Church records in Lancaster, PA show that Jacob was born June 19, 1809 to Johannes (John) Wayne and his wife Elizabet (Elizabeth). Church records show the marriage of Johannes Wehn and Elizabeth Huber on February 14, 1809.

Various records for his siblings include John Wayne, born October 19, 1810 in Lancaster, PA; Abraham Wayne (my ancestor), born May 16, 1814 in Marietta Co., PA; Elizabeth Kline Wayne, born June 11, 1816 in Marietta Co.; and David Hoover Wayne born May 10, in Lancaster Co., PA.

I believe Jacob moved to Westmoreland Co., PA and the younger siblings and mother Elizabeth moved to Shelbyville, Shelby County, Kentucky. I have found no clear record of the father after the Trinity Lutheran Church records of the parent's marriage and birth of children Jacob and Johannes.
