JOHN SHANNON McDOWELL

John Shannon McDowell died March 4, 1906, near Sandusky, Ohio, of consumption while on his way from New Mexico to his home in New York City, aged 52 years, 9 months and 12 days. The body was taken to New York City where interment was made. He leaves a wife, three sons and one daughter. He is a native of Ligonier township and a brother of H.Y. McDowell and Mrs. Belle Mickey. His aged mother is still living in the valley.
