KINSKY, SMITH



Last Sunday morning at Midway August KINSKY, a German miner, tried to commit suicide by shooting himself in the breast. He died Monday evening and was buried Wednesday. Domestic trouble is said to have been the cause.



On Thursday morning a little daughter of John SMITH, a miner at Rend's shaft, was so badly burnt by the explosion of a lamp that she died the same day. She was about ten years old. Funeral on Friday afternoon.
