The following notices are found in the Pittsburgh Gazette dated May 20 1886:

APPLETON - On Monday evening, the 17th inst., at 6:15 o'clock, at his late
residence, Lanark St, Thirty-Sixth Ward, MARIS H APPLETON, in his 45th year.
Funeral from the Main Street M E Church on Thursday, May 20 at 2 o'clock
pm. Friends of the family are respectfully invited to attend. (Wheeling
papers, please copy.)

CUDDY - On May 17 1886 at Omaha, Neb., SADIE I CUDDY, niece of the late Rev.
ROBERT GRACEY of this city.

JOHNSTON - At the residence of DAVID MacFERRON, 167 North Ave at 2:20 am,
May 19, Rev THOMAS JOHNSTON, in his 59th year of his age. Services at the
Central Presbyterian Church, Allegheny City, at 10 am, Friday, May 21.

JOHNSON - On Tuesday, May 18 1886 at 2:15 pm at his residence, 319 Federal
St, Allegheny, Mr ANDREW JOHNSON, in the 75th year of his age. Funeral from
his late residence on Friday, May 21 at 10 am.

LLEWELYN - On Monday evening, May 17 1886 at 8 o'clock, JAMES LLEWELYN, in
the 81st year of his age. Funeral from his late residence, McKees Rocks,
this afternoon at 2 o'clock. Friends of the family are respectfully invited
to attend.

SAULTERS - On Tuesday morning, May 18 1886 at 8:30 o'clock at his late
residence, South Ave, Allegheny, JOHN SAULTERS, in the 61st year of his age.
Funeral from the residence of his son, THOMAS SAULTERS, No. 164 Hamlin St,
Allegheny, this afternoon at 2:20 o'clock. Friends of the family are
respectfully invited to attend.

SMITH - On Wednesday, May 19 1886, AMY LYFORD, daughter of ROLAND H and
MIRANDA SMITH, aged 1 year, 3 months, and 19 days. Funeral services at the
residence of the parents, Ella St., Bloomfield, on Friday, May 21 1886 at 2
o'clock pm.

ZUMPFT - On Wednesday, May 19 1886, at 1 pm, BERTHA FERDINAND ZUMPFT, oldest
daughter of CHARLES and MARY ZUMPFT, in the 7th year of her age. Funeral on
Friday afternoon at ? o'clock from the residence of her parents, Sharpsburg,
Pa. Friends of the family are respectfully invited to attend.
