FOSTER



George M. FOSTER, aged 58 years a veteran oil man, died Sunday
evening at 5 o'clock at his home one mile south of McDonald after an illness
of only one week. He was born in Franklin and came here about 25 years ago
at the time of the oil boom in this section. He is survived by a wife and
two children: H. H. FOSTER of McDonald and Mrs. Flora WILLIAMS of Los
Angeles. Funeral services were held at the late home Monday in charge of
the Rev. J. P. JORDAN pastor of the First Presbyterian church. The body was
taken to Franklin Tuesday for interment.
