I am searching for surname Clepper:

My grandmother Nellie Shelly/Clepper, 1885/1953 is burried in a church
cemetary in a small crossroad town called Ground Oak in Adams County.
My GFather is James O. Clepper Jr.,Born 1886, Adams County, Died 1966 is
burried in Mt. Holly springs, Cumberland County.
My GGFather is James O. Clepper, Born 1848 in Adams County, Died 1919 in
Cumberland county
My GGGF is Phillip Clepper, Born 1813 in PA, Died 1900 in Adams County??

Phillip Clepper married Rachel Rocky in 1832. Rachel 1815/1884, Adams
County??
