The LDS have the indexes on fiche so you can order them if you have a FHC
near you - I think we have volumes 1 & 2 (at least 2) at the FHC here - if
you're willing to wait, I'll check this for you, I'm not getting to the FHC
for the next 10 days or so -
Keep in mind that finding someone means the county should have the record
but not finding them isn't conclusive. There are errors, in the form of
omissions, in these published indexes.
Also, it's very possible that your person went to the Federal District
Court in Pittsburgh. Those records (and indexes) are on microfilm, a
National Archives publication. I suspect you can order those through a
FHC, too.
