Ruth,
New Jersey has seriously cut back their funding and genealogy requests
are on the very bottom of the list. At times, they don't fill genealogy
requests at all. They'll go for several months having it "closed" and
return everything, so you have to start over. Many of us fear they will
close it and never open again. You just have to be patient and wait when
you deal with NJ. Hard, I know :>
