I sent this one once before but it may bear repeating..... I have been
aware of the 'rides' in Kennywood since the early 30's.... There were 3
roller coasters there..... (1) the Racer where 2 cars went around and up
and down as if they were racing.. it was right alongside the Pony
Track.. Then just up aways, there was the (2) the Jack Rabbit which had
a long climb up and then a breathtaking DOUBLE dip that seemed to go all
the way to the railroad tracks in the gulley below Kennywood.....and
finally there was (3) the Pippin which gave you a great big thrill by
going down a terrifying dip right after coming out of a covered climb.
That's it folks, take my word for it...
