My grandfather, Carl Jennings Grace, died in thee Veteran's Hospital in
Butler PA...but when I write to the Nat'l archives for his military record
they find none. Wouldn't you have to have a military record to be in a Vets
Hosp?

Does someone have an address for the VA in that area who might know the
answers to this mystery?
