The Fourth Ward is the Oakland Area and includes the University of
Pittsburgh. Rock St. was overlooking the Monongahela River. Not down by
the river, I think this is a bluff above the river. Lawn Street ran behind
it and is still there on a modern map. Use http://www.mapquest The map of
1911 shows Rock. It looks like building the Lincoln Parkway may have taken
this street.
