What information is listed in the "History of Mifflin Township"? I'm
curious because my mom's family lived and still lives in Lincoln Place -
g-grandpa built a house on Rodgers St. (near Interboro and Mifflin Rd) in
1915, I think - kind of falling apart now but was beautiful in old
pictures. Family (Zeiler surname - 2nd generation Germans) attended the
Church of the Nazarene down the road for a while. I asked my mom if she
knew anything about Hope Church, and her first reaction was "an uncle went
to that church." And, what info is available on the coal mines that were
there, and where exactly?
