I think you have to have the FTM program on your computer to access this
deal. The same thing happened to me (I entered the password and it took me
back to the home screen). Then I noticed that you have to click on the
on-line button in the FTM program in order to register. After I did that, I
went back and entered the password again and it took me to a screen where I
had to enter my name and address. Now I am "recognized" and don't have to go
through all that when I go back.
